Items can be exchanged 2 days after they are received if the mug condition was the same as it was sent.

We do not do refunds nor returns. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases before completing their transactions.

Orders should be received in 2 to 3 working days within Beirut district and 5 to 6 working days outside of Beirut district.

LBP payments are accepted as per the daily market rate.
